To my move.  I had signed documents in the office and had given them a voided check  to pay for lot rent so I would never be late and have no issues with them. One day ( thank God). I traveled up to my home and found an eviction notice on my door.  They admitted to a "boo boo" on their part where they failed to deposit that check to the bank. 

They stated they were calling me, but my caller ID  showed otherwise.  I don't drive, so I could not get there the next day to fix their error.  The intimidated and harassed me insisted on me paying by a bank check as well as the cost for overnighting the paymen.  They stated they would not charge me a late fee !!!!!!!!  Since 2016 my experience living there has been as sad, living he'll.   ie  daughter working night shift car was towed from in front of my house because she was too sick to have her infant in the car to drive home....   $259 cost that was paid by me, a poor, disabled, widow.

Incurring a $1600 fee for my dead husband's vehicle being slapped with a 24hr tow sicker in a driveway I pay rent for.  Cockroach and ant infestation in my new home....,,,   and on and on.   office staff changes frequently, but, the same mentality tht every person living here is trailer park trah.  Lot rent raised 3 times in 3 years.  They will target certain people with park penalties that your neighbors get away with everyday.   no clubhouse, not even an available bustop !!!!    look elsewhere or you will be full of regret.   PLEASE dont put a new house.  If you are desperate, sign on to the shortest rent agreement as possible.  I swear this is the truth.
