now the Owner Operator lease they have everyone sign is not under the Campbell Trucking Inc ... the Heading is Campbell Trucking LLC, the Motor vehicle Master Lease is under the Heading of DMT LLC Aka DMT Trucking LLC  located at 17001 Fish Point Prior Lake MN 55372, Now all look at your leases and check them you will see what i am saying. i have tried to find the owns of all these companies to ask why all this is happening but no go. another thing the Owner Operator Lease it is worded as you are the owner and they owe you the money.  when you start working for these people they lie to you on the phone before you even get to MN and never mention of repaying anything until you walk through their door to the office. they tell you, you have to repay flight hotel and get this one even your own drug test, that they call a oreintation fee. The lease states they are to put your name on the truck and theirs as leased on with campbell trucking. but they dont. the lease states that you will be the owner of that truck but youre not, your escrow accounts are not yours they are theirs. but if you read the lease and read the site FMCSA, u are the owner and you are responsible for all repairs etc to the truck. you have to get authorized to even touch your escrow account (which is your money from your pay settlements). they are a force dispatch company, u tell them u need a reset, by DOT regulations. they dont care. It's not their License. if you want a Paycheck dont work there. I truly dont know how they have been in business this long now, and dont ever break down, the night dispatch could give a s**t less about his drives out there. he is to busy doing other things to help anyone out. then if you terminate the lease youbetter give them a written 30 days notice, and u  have to wait 30 to 45 days just to get your own money back out of this so call escrow account. If you have tires that the tread is gone on, and you know that you need to replace them before getting a violation. they tell you,wait you have to purchases tires from their shop, then they look and tell you .. naw you are good, come on now these people dont even know anything about the Tractor truck, nor even drive one. and they are going to tell all of u that have been driving for 10 to 13 yrs, if not longer. that it doesn't need repaired or replaced. the one that gets u to MN you will never meet them. its like they are ghost. And another thing i found out off the FMCSA on these leases, the settlements of all the loads you run, they are not suppose to even be touching them. It states that they are to be paid to the Driver of the delievery and then they are to pay out all bills reguarding the tractor truck. they even had the lease signed and dated before, even getting there. think about the 1099 you will be getting. if looking at  your YTD we will say you made 20000.00 but then you look at the YTD net check lmao you only got in your pocket 1800.00, something is wrong with this picture dont you all think. Then they demand you have a Laptop and a Cell Phone and etc.  here is another good one, with making the money i stated above, tell me how on gods green earth are you to keep 300.00 to 400.00 dollars on you at all times. I am not a driver for them. I am looking into this company, all these inocent people getting caught up in all these lies and breaking the laws and getting dings on the MVRs and their DAC's and could even lose their licenses from all this BS. someone needs to find what i am looking for and take this company down, and show them how it feels to stress over where your next money is coming and how to feed your family, or even yourself. One driver, he has only been working there for i would say 2 to 3 weeks and the truck they put him in has broken down 3 to 4 times now, and they had it fixed but it came out of his pocket and they are taking this money out of his settlement to repay it, say  he made 3000.00 dollars (yeah right at campbell) due to how the lease is worded they would take 2500 of that and give him 500.00 now that is messed up. these drivers are being used to benefit Campbell not own a tractor truck. there is more information that is from my researching them, and i will not stop until i find what i am after. I just want to add this for the Driver that is now an EX driver and the Shipper that said their peace here. Ladies and Gentleman they are telling you the ut most honest to god truth about Campbell.
