Camperworld Utah Cheated me and many others out of services that were paid for. We joined a members only camping resort which has now been opened to the public. What priveleges did we pay for. We now have to make reservations to use the resorts. They sent me a letter telling me that I would be assesed addtional monies be cause I was outside Utah. I lived in Wyoming when I joined. My husband and I have been ripped off by camperworld of Utah.  We joined 10 years ago while we lived in Wyoming and enjoyed using the camping resort in Bear lake, UT and hoped to use the resort park in Tremonton, UT which to be developed but seemed as if they never invested into that park.  Over the past 10 years we have continued to pay our assessments and paid the $2200.00 in advance so our dues are paid up till 2017.  We recieved a letter telling us that since we lived out of state (Utah) we would be assessed additional monies.  Yes we now live in Iowa but did have plans to use the Bear lake resort campground. Since they have now opened up the camp resorts to the public use we as members have lost alot of our availability to the resorts.  Most resently we received letters telling us that they were selling off 4 of the camping parks, thus  eliminating the two parks on our membership.  I am disappointed in their business practices and ethics. The company over extended themselves and expected the members to bail them out.  I am interested in being included  in any class action suit filed against camperworld.  We have a great deal of money invested in camperworld along with many many others members.  I feel we should be compensated for what we have lost.  I would be willing to sell my membership back to the company for what I paid. The assessments and annual dues would be lost but I did get to use my membership over the last 10 years.  I pray something can be done to compensate us and all the members that have lost monies and  resort availabilty.
