I responded to an ad for a sales position and was contacted by Raymond Larkin of campusconceptsusa.com.  He was a snide, arrogant New York scam-sounding individual who tried to beat me up on the phone as I would'nt let him take control of the conversation.  After all, who does this piece of you know what think he is?  He's just a fast talking scumbag!

I did some research on Google by simply typing in "Raymond Larkin" into Google and then clicked on image search...and BOY was I surprised what I found!  Check it for yourself.  This creep needs to be locked up and the key thrown away.

Stay far away from this individual as he will try to steal your hard-earned money.

Unprofessional at best

AUTHOR: Teresa R - ()

If you receive emails from these people, just walk away.  The unprofessional writing is enough to tell you the supposed HR Director is in no way, shape or form an actual human resources professional.

I have been an HR VP and Director for over 20 years and I would never allow a letter so poorly written to be sent with my name on it.

I am not sure when or how I was put on their email list for a position, but I'm not a sales professional.  My skills are in human resources and design, NOT sales.  I am NOT interested in any part of this position, but I can NOT get them to quit contacting me.

I have requested to be removed from their list, which never works, since this just tells them there was a person at the other end of the email. I have sent emails to the person who keeps contacting me, but that just means I get even more emails trying to convince me that I need this job.  FYI, I do NOT need your position NOR do I want it. When someone unsubscribes and asks to be removed, they REALLY want to be removed.  This is a case of NO means NO.

Now, I'm getting several emails a day with just website links from them.  I have marked their emails as spam, but I would like to just be able to find out how I was placed on their spam list to begin with and then be removed.

AUTHOR: Real as you get - (United States of America)

Hi, Campus Concepts,LLC. , The Nations Leader in Sports & Entertainment Marketing.

We are responding to a applicant who did not follow the procedure in our hiring protocal. Any business has procedures to ensure  bring aboard the right quality applicant. We are diligent in our mission to find high individuals who are honest in there prusuit for a career position with our company.

I Karen Gold , the Human Resources Director for the company, since 2003, was brought aboard to make sure we screen for the right candidate. It is not the easy and sometimes people feelings get hurt. But with that said this individual, responded to a advertisement for a sales position and applied to our company. The next phase, was a company audio was sent via-mail about the career position, with instructions to mover to the next step. This ( anonymous) person, called in and was forward our companies assessment test. Our company hiring guideline require 5 to 7 days for review and a response will be sent to that person of our decision. We did review the information and this person scored a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10.

At that point, I offerED ( my mistake), this anonymous person the opportunity to move forward in our hiring process by offer him a opportunity to talk with our company President ina 1 on 1 Skype interview and answer all of HIS questions  and see if this would be a good fit for both parties. A appointment was sent at his convince were he was instructed to call in at a schedules time.

At that scheduled time he did not call and his information was forwarded to our Presidents assistant, to send a email to this person 30 min after the schedule appointment he missed. This email advised him that we will keep his information on file for 30 days.

We since 1987,( with a spotless reputation) have been working with thousand of Educational and Sports teams nationwide, so it is extremely important that we screen for the right candidate. I am 100 % at blame in allowing this person the opportunity to move forward, sometimes my heart gets in the way. But with that said the language and unprofessional matter of this person that could not follow simple directions shows a sign of his upbringing and anger issues.

Feel free to review any and all open documents to this issue.Contact our Customer Service Director Lisa Moore at customerservice@campusconceptsusa.com

We consider this issue 100% satisfied
