 I applied online for a small personal loan and i had gotten a lot of calls from Bobby Marshall from ge capital bank saying I was approved for a loan. he asked how much i said a 1000 he said i could get 3000 and my payments would be cheaper a month but for a longer period of time 24months so i accepted it.. Then Bobby Marshall said i have to go to the closest store like 7eleven to get a vanilla reload network card and deposit 150 on there for my first month bill so i did and he said i will call you back in 30 to 45 mins once I've gotten the funds for you so i waited. A hour had passed i called back he said i needed to pay 400 more dollars for so they could release the funds in 5 mins i told hin i didn't have 400 so he asked could i pay 310 i said yea. i went to my bank and got the money went to the store purchased another card loaded 310 dollars on there called Bobby back and he put me on hold then asked if he could call back in 10 mins .he called back and said they need me to pay another 140 dollars now to release the money. i told him i had gave them everything i had at the time he kept trying to get me to borrow the money from someone. i told him just to cancel my application and refund my money all 466.00 he told me it would take up to 20 days then hung up. i don't think he is goin to refund my money. please help Camra , Staunton Virginia
