Canada Vending Craig Atkinson Sold me Breathlyzer Vending machines to be located in Bars, Pubs, Etc. Paid for the machines in April and they were to be located in 2-3 weeks. They are still sitting in my garage and he will not retu Calgary, Alberta

I met Craig Atkinson from Canada Vending at a trade show in Vancouver near the end of March 2012. He had a exhibit selling Breath Alcohol Vending Machines that he would locate in any establishments that sell alcohol.
I paid him $6000.00 for 2 machines that he said would be up and running in 2-3 weeks. The machines finally showed up 3-4 weeks later, but still have not been located.
He will not return my calls , text's or e-mails.
