JEFF ASHE, owner of CanadaFit, has on two occaisions attempted to extort money from Bellini Global, Inc. over a payment that he is owed from another company altogether. He has also threatened to tarnish the good name of Bellini Global, Inc. if he was not sent money. JEFF ASHE had personally written and signed a letter stating that he does not hold Bellini Global, Inc. or anyone affiliated with Bellini Global, Inc. responsible for this money.
He then filed a report against Bellini Global, Inc. while hiding his name and using his Oroville, Washington warehouse address. This is in breach of his agreement which he personally drafted, signed and dated.
The sole intent of JEFF ASHE in this matter is to cause harm to Bellini Global, Inc. for no other reason than that Bellini Global, Inc. would not allow him to extort money from them. The actions that JEFF ASHE and CanadaFit have taken are both illegal and libelous and is pending legal action.
It is Highly Recommended that no one conducts any business with JEFF ASHE or CanadaFit, be it service work or purchases due to the fact that he personally does not hold to his word or to his own promises. You don't want to deal with a company who may tell you one thing to get your money and then do something else afterwards.

Proof That Jeff Ashe Is Wrong

To be perfectly clear, JEFF ASHE of CanadaFit continues to distort the truth in his attempt to extort even more money from Bellini Global, Inc. As was previously stated, JEFF ASHE personally wrote, signed and dated a letter asking Bellini Global, Inc. to pay him $1,610.00 as the final amount for his order, which we promptly did via a wire transfer directly to his bank in Canada. We did not have to do this, but did so in an act of good faith, which Mr. Ashe apparently views as a sign of weakness since he's back to trying to get more money from us.
The attached signed letter from JEFF ASHE is proof that he is entirely wrong in this matter, that he knows it, that he does not hold to his word and that he is using the Ripoff Report as a forum to try to hurt the business of Bellini Global, Inc.
Bellini Global, Inc. is 100% in the right in this situation and JEFF ASHE knows this, but he is angry that the manufacturer withheld some of his money and, since he can't reach them, he is content with bad mouthing us out of spite.
The Canadian government has already been advised of Mr. Ashe's actions in this matter.

I am nor sure why Bellini has decided to complain about us .. I had a call from a company this afternoon telling about this and wanting money to remove it ..
If anyone is interested in the true story they just need to call us or email us and I can prove different with all emails kept from Bellini and transaction receipts to show who is in the wrong here .
