Canadian Pharm Support Group (alexander) Pharm Support Group- Ordered meds online, got 2 e-mails confirming order and order number. But no meds! Internet Internet

I had ordered from this company before with no problem. I received my medication promptly. That order was placed about 8 months ago.
I placed another order on Nov.23, 2007. I received 2 e-mails stating that my order was processed and would be shipped in 24 hours, after they made sure
there was no credit card fraud.
I was sure my meds would come quickly like they did before. Well it is now Dec. 28 and I have not received my medication. My e-mails do not get any replys. The phone number I call is always busy, and to add insult to injury I can't even find their website.

I was just wondering why the previous poster would need to order pills online from another country?

Having been a customer of the pharmacy which Linda is bitching about, I was absolutely stunned upon reading her complaint as I have been a satisfied customer of the company for longer than 3 years and it was only during the first year that I might have also complained about their ways of "doing business" -------- but, no longer.
And why could I have complained during the first year I was their customer? It usually took "forever" prior to me receiving what I had ordered. Then, during the ensuing years after that first year, I decided to use what the company refers to as "Courier Express" - which costs the customer to implement, but it is by far worth it.
Now, upon me ordering anything, I pay for that Courier Express and if I order on a Monday I have my order the following Friday and at the latest- the following Monday or Tuesday. And MOST of my orders come from India.
So, those people who complain about things like length of time to getting orders and such need to be a bit patient as well as do things from THEIR end of the order so that the company CAN perform per the customer's wants and needs.
Plus that, concerning trying telephone communications? ----- THIS PHARMACY operates throughout the world, so, anyone attempting to call them may very well get a busy signal no matter when so attempting. I have tried numerous times, and, at various times of the 24 hour day. I live in California, so, the best time for me to call the pharmacy is at 0200 hours or so because that is the hour that they get the least calls from other parts of the world.
It isn't always the company's fault, and, in Linda's case, it is my opinion that she is more at fault than the company is.
My e-mails ALWAYS get replies - although at times couple weeks later, I call them when I would rather be sleeping because that is when there is no busy signal, and during the very first time I did the online thing with them, I put them into my "Favorites" on my computer - so I have no problem finding them at all.
