I have followed several of the other stories on this website about others being ripped off by Canadian Snack Supply, Federated Snack, Monarch Services or whatever they are called this week! I note that a gentleman from South Carolina and a lady named Kim from Kentucky (I believe) have posted this scam and are looking for others. I am here in Arizona with a very similar story to those posted.

I noticed that the person from Canada updated his story and seems to be getting his machines placed. Did the others in the US get their machines or have them placed? I am anxious to hear from others, including the person from Canada who now seems to have suddenly changed his mind.

I did receive 10 machines and they were placed by a very shady locator on behalf of Monarch, but were placed in small shops and next to other machines at lower prices. I complained continually to Canadian and was promised everything would be taken care of this week. Still have not heard anything from anyone! However, the locator did give me some interesting and useful information about the company, and told me about the ongoing fraud investigation in Canada and others ripped off across the US. He offered to give me names and numbers of other "distributors" but has since disappeared, although I will try to reach him again.

I have the same story and names - Carl Chambers, Paul Peterson, Rafael, etc and found no negative complaints on this company before my trip to Toronto in June, so wonder if this was planned and executed at the same time!

I have contacted the detective in Canada and left a message for him to contact me. I am happy to share info with anyone and agree with the people that I will do everything to stop these people.

what everyone has to do it get together and file a fraud action against the company. They have turned off all their phones and Moved from 25 Sheppard ave east. I go to court with them today september 3rd on Small Claims court but I know they are not going to show up. It is an examination hearing. If David does not show up there will be a warrant out for his arrest. EVeryone has to file fraud charges and we all need to email eachother and get together to file a class action lawsuit against these guys.

The company has sent me the reimbursement money as promised and the locator has been here, although sent away due to several reasons. I believe they are here to relocate my machines and hope to have them in place within the next week. I have spoken with Paul Peterson continually and with Carl Chambers and things are looking positive.

I am a car salesman at a Chrysler Jeep dealership in north scottsdale. Alice cooper is our company mascott and we advertise on KDKB almost every day. Please contact the dealership and ask for Jim. I am the only Jim in sales. I work six days per week and they know how to contact men 24/7. Thanks for your concern. Jim

Positive update on my earlier update today

Since I posted my previous update today, Canadian Snack has offered to send my $500 reimbursement check via UPS tomorrow. Although I had to ask twice in the past week, they responded today to my email and agreed to send the funds. This is a good sign and I will give them the benefit of doubt as well.

I will be anxious to see what accounts they secure and where my machines are placed. Again, thanks to Paul Peterson from Monarch who has been very helpful to date.

I have been requested by Canadian Snack to remove this report from this website. I was offered $500 reimbursement to do this and was unhappy about this, but here is what is happening...some good and some bad...but still waiting to see what happens! Canadian Snack has offered to assist me and we will see if I receive any check or information as promised, although it has now been 3 weeks with no contact or money. I am willing to withdraw this report if they fulfill their promises!

I will give Monarch and Paul Peterson a good report for attempting to make this situation correct. They have scheduled another locator to be here Oct 29 and relocate my machines into the proper locations. Paul has been very diligent in returning my calls and assisting in these efforts, and has offered to get Canadian Snack to pay for additional snacks as many of mine are outdated. He told me the original locator did this to others and is now gone! I will give them the benefit of the doubt at this time.

I have still been promised information and other items from Canadian Snack and have not received anything. They told me how this site was a total ripoff but insisted that I resind my original claims. After several nasty emails back and forth, we agreed to work together as promised. I am still waiting on the information and reimbursement of funds promised from them.

Today I have found the report from Cave Creek, AZ, although I was told that I was the only AZ Distributor. I am interested in talking with Jim from Cave Creek, but only have a first name, and this site will not allow us to publish email or phone numbers. I am willing to meet you in Phoenix anytime personally to discuss this if you can reply to your report and suggest a place and time. Everything in your report is the same as everyone elses experience.
