We ordered a Wii from Cancost.com for $189.99 plus shipping and handling. They would only take a wire transfer or an ACH payment. They said they would only ship it out when they got the payment.

We did a wire transfer but when we tried to confirm our order it would not go through. We sent it to the primary address and to the support address but neither went through.

They came back as Mailer-Daemon failure notices 3 different times. So then we tried to call them and one number was out of order and the other just rang busy.

We aren't positive that this is a fraudulent sire but it is sure looking that way. Their server or something could have been down but we suggest you strongly reconsider if you are thinking about buying from this site.

Here is a WORKING phone number (((questionable info)))

Here is the WORKING phone number for Associated Services Inc. They are listed on the cancost.com website. I thought the address was a fake just like the phone number for John. (John Kesinger from Chicago the registerd owner of cancost.com) but, it is not. I called the number myself and it was answered Associated Services!
Here is the info:

Clifford W & Lori S Tippithome
1308 Fieldstone Dr
Bedford, TX 76022-6754
(817) 571-6110

Please pass this on to anyone who fell for the trap.
I hope this helps,
Happy Holidays

#1 Consumer Suggestion

If it sounds too good it probably is

Okay the retail price for a Wii is $249 if you can find one. Auction sites are selling them for $400+. Did you really think that the one you found for $189 was legitimate???

Was the place you sent the wire transfer to in the United States? I doubt it was, but if it was you may be able to get with that company and see if they can help you. Your chances are slim to none but right now that is probably your only chance to get your money back....You won't be getting the Wii

Hopefully you learned a very valuble lesson in that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
