This company is bogus! You can't get in touch w/ anyone, they will tell you you only pay $199 per person adn then have to pay for ground transportation and THAT IS IT! Also, you will not have to listen to a presentation, they just want people to see their resorts. They will offer 2 resorts for you to stay in, then when you choose the nicer one Playacar Riviera they tell you its a $200 upgrade, there are no other resorts to stay in except the Caracol. You then tell them you will stay there and they will then tell you when you arrive you need to book time for your PRESENTATION!! Total BS, do not book anything w/ this company. Managers are not avail, but when you do get in touch w/ them, THEY HANG UP ON YOU! AWFUL COMPANY, someone needs to do something asap!!!!
