cannatelli buiulders inc edward cannatelli- jim smith - frank pesce installed a Backflow Preventer on a Salon build out connecting to landlords existing pipe. The pipe leak was fixed by the contractor cannatelli but left the Salon with a $1600.00 excessive water bill and refuses to pay for that bill caused by the leak. normal water bill is $55 to $80 . a detailed city computer report singling out the time of the leak and water usage justifing the $1600 and water leaked. pompano beach Florida

Hired Cannatelli builders inc  to do a buildout for a salon and a backflow preventer outside was part of that buildout. on or about in january water was noticed coming out of the ground and cannatelli builders inc repaired the leaking pipe fitting connecting the backflow preventer to the landlords pipe. the water bill incured for this leak was $1600.00 which was generated by the city of delray with a detailed computer report showing the leakage and charges for that billing cycle. normal water bill is $50 to $80 a month the back flow fitting leak caused $1600.00 over the normal bill and there must be responsibilty on the part of contractor due to this was new construction. the backflow preventer was completely  build and installed all the way to the landlords pipe which is where it leaked at the fitting .  Cannatelli refuses to acknowlege any responsibilty for what charges the Salon has incured due to his plumbing work. I am hoping that Cannatelli will come to terms with this issue even though letters and email has been previuosly sent in behalf of the salon in regards to the Excessive water bill due to the leaky pipe fitting.
