Be very careful when dealing with any of the above companies, they are all linked together and as yert never has a return been paid ever on any project.
Capital Alternatvies is the sales armt o the company, Alternatvies Confidential portrays to be a consumer champion yet is a lead generation source for the company, Premier Alternatives offers their projects and high commissions to other spank shops / boiler rooms in Spain and UK. Capital Secretarial is thier in house lawer and wife of the chap that runs the company Renwiock HAddow. Also Jay Rutland is linked as is Victor Falade and variuous other.
They are all based at 76 - 80 City Road London, Sophia House, and all cover each other. This came from the Premier Alternatives website

The commissions on offer exceed 50%, Be very wary adn report and forward on anything you get sent by them to the relevant authorities, many others are and the more that do the more chance these scammers will get stopped.

Hi,
My research so far shows tht the web from Capital Alternatives spreads far and deep and to my knowledge no one has ever seen a return on an investment despite numerous companies operating over the last few years.
Sof ar the following either all share a director, a previous director, address, phone number etc,
Capital Alternatives - Sales floor on big commissions
Premier Alternatives - Provider of projects to other boiler rooms
Alternative Confidential - so called consumer champion although i suspoect lead generator as in same office
The Capital Organistaion - Umbrella company
Capital Alternatives AU - Audstralia arm
Room to Invest - Previous bust company
Afrian Land - Supplier of project
MH Trustees - Run by Marcia
Capital Secretarial / Capital Mint - Director is Marcia
In relation to Jay Rutland i can tconfirm this or not, but it has been mentioned.

You mention that Marcia Hargous and Renwick Haddow are married. Do you have any evidence to support that claim e.g where they were married (even if you just know the country it would be a start), what date (approximately) ? Very interested to gain a better understanding of how all these people came to join forces.
Is the Jay Rutland that you mention the man who was disgraced following a Financial Services Authority report into his conduct (here's a paragraph from the report)
"The FSA has decided to take this action as a result of Mr Rutland’s conduct as a senior broker employed by Pacific Continental Securities (UK) Limited (“PCS”) where he deliberately defied compliance procedures, acted against the interests of customers and disclosed inside information in order to improperly maximise sales by his team."
Is he also the man who is engaged to Tamara Ecclestone, the daughter of one of Britain's wealthiest men ? Surely it can't be the same man because the FSA report stated the following:
"Mr Rutland’s misconduct merits the imposition of a total penalty of £160,000. But due to Mr Rutland’s financial circumstances (including a debilitating illness affecting his ability to work and his future earning capacity) and the fact that the FSA is satisfied that the imposition of such a fine would cause him serious financial hardship this penalty has been reduced to £30,000."
