capital choice consumer credit ripoff ripped off and scammed miami Florida

I sent out a check for processing of a credit card with guarenteed approval, a few weeks went by and I received a phone call saying they received my check and would like to offer me roadside assistance for a small fee to be charge to my credit card and also for long distance phone service with a low monthly fee to be charged to my card also. I was told I could call anytime within 30 days of receiving these packets and cancel them,when I received these packets for the roadside assistance and long distance service I still had not received my credit card and the services offered I was not able to use in my area. I called to cancel the services and the # for the roadside assistance the person told me their computors were down and I would have to call back the next day. I called the next day and the lady said their computors were still down and took my info and told me to call back the following monday to receive a cancellation #. I have to call them back this coming Monday and I'm worried I'm not going to get a responce. The long distance service I have been trying to call for days and get a recording saying their office hour are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, I GET THAT RECORDING AT 12 noon AND EVERY OTHER TIME I'V TRIED CALLING. I'm calling and putting stop payment on my check now cuz as of Yesterday the check had not cleared through my account. People Beware of this scam.
