Robert Johnson at Capital Concessions has been placed for Immediate collections and litigation with my firm, Asset Collections Inc, case # 405.389 in the amount of $2572.00 . This guy has ripped off my client by writting an NSF CHK, Taking the product, then the chk is NO GOOD. He knows when he put the pen to the paper this chk was not going to be covered. He has refused to pay,. refused to respond, and we wanted to warn other vendors of this debtor company.
I am forming a creditors committee against him, so if you are also owed money, call asset Collections Inc at (((REDACTED)))
Robert has made only 1 paym,ent for 500.00, and sincve, he has made absolutely NO efforts to Re Pay the debt. This man will evades phone calls, will not respond, and will rip you off.
If this file becomes paid in full, I'll adjust the report accordingly.
