They took more money for a renewal on my account than I was lead to believe. I called the same day to cancel and they would not give my money back.

I told them that there program was not what I expected and I had never used one of their services, and hadn't cancelled because they were "so impressive" that I had forgotten about the whole thing.

Then they said I could only cancel by mail before December 1st or they'll take a renewal fee on top of the other fees they've already taken. I just have a feeling they will "not get the letter on time". I would really appreciate any help you could give me to get my money back and get rid of these scam artists once and for all.
