Credit Card Rip off - Capital Credit Alliance

They seem to offer a credit card that arrived in the mail to people with questionable credit ratings. They say that they will give massive amountts of credit for $199.99 membership fee and an annual fee of $99.99. Which, of course they take from your account. They say there is no chance to cancell the membership once you have activated. I have called to cancel the draw from my account and the customer service rep would not give my call to a supervisor. They would not cancel any future charges. They said they would keep charging my account. I have written to the Better business bureau in Nevada. I have had my bank cancel the membership application fee of $199.99. They have me sending them a letter refusing any charge from the Capital Credit Alliance. I am also sending the bank a refusal of any further charges to may account by that company.
