Capital Finance LLC Michelle Seeling Breach of Contract/Referred us to scam investors in NYC & Canada Gainesville Virginia

In late summer 2015, we were referred to Michelle Seeling from a personal acquaintance of ours as we were told she helped others with commercial financing throug her company, Capital Finance LLC. After several calls, Michelle and us entered into a contractual agreement that states she would work on getting financing for our project.

Michelle Seeling referred us to Michael Chery with Chevalier Funding and TW Investments based out of NYC as w were told he had contacts in the hedge fund industry and could arrange significant capital to fund our deal. In October 2015 after taking Michelle Seeling recommendation into accout and knowing she was working with Chevalier and the hedge fund to have a hotel deal of hers funded we wired $38,000 to Chevalier Funding and entered into a business services agreement with them as wel to seek and structure funding for our Olde City Philadelphia deal.

Mr. Chery referred us to AMR companies out of Nova Scotia to review, structure and fund our project either through the AMR Investments hedge fund or through individual investors.

By early March 2015, AMR Companies had laidoff all their employees and essentially closed up shop with my $38,000 and neither Michelle Seeling or any of the other people she referred her will give my business partner or I the time of day.

Capital Finance has no credibility and referred us to scam artists who take peoples money and run.
