I was contacted on a early Saturday morning with this great offer in recieving a credit card with such a high credit limit. I as amazed.

The company or should I say employee Eric Hill operator number 613 explained to me all the benefits of having this card and with only a low fee of $29.95. Of course I was shocked and said what the heck. The call was transferred or so I suppose to a verification line for the verbal verification of the withdrawal from my checking account. I agreed to a withdrawl that would fall on my pay date. The call ended and everything was fine, So I supposed.

I call my bank to check on my account and realize I had a withdrawal on the account in which I knew nothing of. I knew then something was wrong because the only company I had given my info to was Capital First. I call the customer service number right away and verified that it was them who had authorize the dedit on my account. I was provided with the address to write and request a refund because I had not authorize the dedit until 8/31/2002.

I have yet to hear from them on the matter. But look a hear I recieved a letter in the mall with the Premium Mega Saver Card today and can't get anyone to answer the call. When you call the 800 number on the card every option you choice except the option to activate the card gives you another number to call. No money on that has been dedit from my account as of yet I have occured NSF's because I clearly didn't have the funds available at the time they tried which are what I am out. But I also had another attempt from another company in which tried who said that a credit card company signed me up for the program.

I am not sure why I wasn't more careful with giving my checking account info out but I will for now on. Still going to work on getting my money back.

Hope this help any others
