Capital First ripoff ripoff business from hell miami Florida

I received a phone call from Capital First. They ask for my Bank account #no. and my social security #no. They were offering a un-secured Credit Card with no processing fees.

My wife has told me many times not to agree to pay for a credit card so when she heard me on the phone she started nagging me about what I was doing so I hung up on the guy before.

Well you might have guessed it, a charge for $19.95 showed up on our account.
Once the paper work came in from Capital first my wife read it and found out that it is free for 7days then a one time processing fee for $59.95 and a "low" annual membership fee of $99.95.

I started calling right away to cancel. If the office wasn't closed then I was told given a different number to call. When I finally got the correct number with a live person I was told that they had a high volume of calls and some one will call back. No one ever called back so my wife and myself both kept calling the number and was told the same thing every time. This went on for day's. We finally had to freeze our account but not before they charged us the $59.95 and $99.95.

I am still trying to get some or all of my money refunded to me but no luck so far
