Capital First Credit card laundering and misrepresentation Miami Florida

Well, although I plan to leave to the military soon, after doing business with Capital First, all I can say is that everyone needs to file with the Better Business Bureau AND the Federal Trade Commision so that these guys don't rip off more people. I have been swindled as well but I plan on filing a class action lawsuit against this company but before I do, is anyone aware of any pending class action lawsuit pending or filed against this company?? If so, please let me know and/or leave the name of the firm handling the case.

I read the rip off reports on this company and it all sounds eerily the same. I closed my bank account to prevent these guys from ripping off more of my money. I had no money in there anyways. They did get the 'shipping fee' but that's about all they got. Like I said, tell the BBB and the FTC, Office of Consumer Credit, a small claims court and/or your state attorney general. Don't let these guys get away with this!!! Thanks for reading.
