Capital Funding Network Fraud, Deceptive, Unprofessional, Internet
*Consumer Comment: This company is a huge scam. Beware!!
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Unfortunate Situation
*REBUTTAL Individual responds: Do you have recordings to prove your point, because I do
An individual by the name of IVAN GUTIERREZ who says he represents Capital Funding Network contacted my company both by email and phone. He was extremely rude and when told we didn't apply and to stop contacting us he began using profane language. I suggest no one do business with them. When I tried to contact the company directly, their phone numbers were bogus and not working. Looking at their website it appears to look like its a stolen site.

This company has contacted me over 80 times by phone and email over the past year. Each time they call, I ask to be removed from the list. Upon my asking, I'm usually cursed at or told that i'm speaking with "The supervisor". Furthermore, Many time i'm contacted, The name of the company somehow is altered in order to trick business owners as is we google Capital Funding Network, We find boat loads of negative reviews. Two weeks ago I was contacted by "Funding Network", Then "Capital Funding", The "Capital Funding Network", Then simply "CFN"... As someone with experience in my early days working for small telesales companies, I know that this is CLEARLY a scam....CLEARLY.
They employ people that have minimal experience and follow some bogus script. My thoughts are clear... If a company has to solicit you more than 30 times on the phone, It's a scam. This company is a HUGE SCAM.
DO not do business with them or return calls/emails. If you do, They'll harrass you forever.
The few suckers that have actually paid these guys obviously lost money, re: review. This stinks of a boiler room scam and I can absolutely, 100%, without a doubt guarantee that it is. I do not work for any company in the financial field and have no interest in bashing this firm...The only reason for doing so is that i know for certain it's a scam, am tired of being solicited, and want to pre-warn anyone out there. Stay away.

Unfortunately this report was filed by an unhappy client. Although we have a 90% approval rate there are some cases where we just cannot approve a client for the simple reason that our product does not match their needs. As a precaution when dealing in any financial matter with our company or any other company for that matter you should always ask for references of existing and past clients. Our offices can always be reached through the numbers on our site. It was a very bad decision for the account executive involved in the disagreement with the client to respond to this report and therefore he is no longer with the company. We are 100% commited to our clients satisfaction.

I'm not going to spend too much on this comment by a merchant who was declined money.
