This Company (Capital Grants Association) needs to be shut down and the employees need to see jail time. They are fraudulent by stealing peoples $299 registration fee to secure a government grant.

Once they get your money all correspondence with anyone ceases. They do not return phone calls. Most times you can't leave messages. I am sure they have ripped off thousands and thousands of people to become very, very wealthy in the process. What a scam.

They have an actual physical address, phones operating, a website (one of which is shut down right now). This company made a promise that if a grant could not be secured than the $299 fee would be reimbursed. That was almost 4 months ago. Nobody will call me back. I don't believe they are even in the building any longer.
Someone needs to check this company out and shut them down. They have totally taken advantage of the consumer. Working people that trusted them and needs these business grants like myself. I can't believe there are companies that operate in the U.S. like this and get away with it.
