CHAC had spoke to me that they will be able to Modify our Mortgage. They never get back to you, but only to collect money to there B of A account. I tried to look any reviews under this company and at that time I did not see any (2016). Then CHAC states that they contacted Carrington Mortgage and they had mentioned had their own rules and we won't be able to modify our mortgage due to a previous modification we had with B of A has to have at least a window of 24 months between each other. So we got a phone call and email stating the this guy is local in Las Vegas and after being with him for a half a year we still was not to get modified. A manger came back in an email stating they did what they agreed on doing, expcept for geting us approved for a modification. hope this helps someone! We ended to file Bankruptcy!

These people ripped me off stole my family home that we had since 1977 in 2016 they said they would help me remodify my loan so it wouldn't go into foreclosure told me not to pay my mortgage company anything else that they would get my payment of 1,200 down to around 650 a month but they wanted 4,550 dollars to start so I sold my travel trailer to make 3 payments to them and I done everything they asked me to do and everything was supposed to be done and all I was doing was waiting for my first house payment but I get a call from them an hour and a half before they auction and them knowing it's 2 hours away to file a bankruptcy claim they call all in a panic telling me that I have to go and refile bankruptcy to stop the sell of my house so around noon I get a knock on the door with an eviction notice so just like that I lost everything my wife and kids moved away and I was living on the streets so what can I do I thought I had lost all my paper work but I just recently found it I have all copies of everything including the payment to the banks
