Capital Moving Group broke furniture, ran off without leaving a receipt Internet

Do not use Capital Moving Company!
1) the mover showed up a whole day late.
2) He required an extra $150 in cash be paid on arrival before he would make the delivery, and did not write a receipt for it.
3) He left without leaving a receipt or any of the paperwork documenting the items delivered. He said he was coming right back and disappeared for good.
4) the movers did NOT assemble any of the furniture--they just disappeared.
5) The dispatcher had promised to give a discount due to the movers being a day late, but they did not; the full price plus additional charges was required.
6) Many items were broken or damaged. We can't document this because the mover ran off without leaving any receipts.
7) The moving company will not answer emails at the address they told us to send complaints.
8) They will also not answer their phone or return phone messages about this complaint.
