Capital One NA Capital One Financial Corporation deceptive, fraudulant practices, harrassing, cold and un-caring, they basically do what they want Richmond, Virginia

Basically I have been trying over the last 30+ days to get them to send me a statement in the mail, which they should have been doing all along but have not sent me in over a year, so that I can pay the account in full. They keep promising that the statement will be sent but has yet to arrive and other times they pass me to other departments and phone numbers and then basically get told to get the statement from capital one themselves. So basically round and round in circles I go and I am tired of wasting my time, money and energy trying to get a simple statement in order to pay the account off. I am tired of them and their deceptive practices, which I believe they do on purpose to keep the account balance growing with their late fees and interest charges and other fees, which is criminal. I have had enough and want to fight back and ruin their reputation and otherwise like they have done to my credit. Am I alone in this as far as trying to get a statement from them that they cannot seem to send to me?
