Capital One Capital One - Richard Fairbanks false late fees, false rates, mail fraud Ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

Ever since I had Capital one creditcard I have always paid them on time and what they required wether in full or their minimum payments. My interest rate was 8%. Back in November of 2006 I had made my payment on time but got posted after which I noticed when I got hit with a $29.00 late fee and $29.00 over limit becasue their fee brought me over the limit. After arguing over the phone with them they agreed that they were at fault due to maintenance and refunded both the late fee and over limit fee. I then made my December payment which was the minimum payment. Come January I again get hit with a late fee and over limit fee which I call them and they tell me I was charged both fees becasue though they fixed the issue, their system still thought I was required to make a high payment for fees I didnt owe and they reversed the fees. February rolls around and I get notice my rate now changes from 8% to 32% so I call them and they inform me becasue I was late twice they are raising my rate. I inform them that I was not late, they in fact look back and see that they were in fact at fault but state the rate stays. I even once was told it would be fixed and never was. As of this date they have been sent certified letters they signed for and claim never recieved including court papers served by me via certified mail. Despite Capital One being wring they still harass me even when in court litigation. Im paying them only what I owe and will be stopping as soon as I do no matter howmany fees they access plus since they are no show and a ruleing is made Im completely stopping as per whatever the judge decides.

Im angry soposting about this just to let others know that even with court involvement they ignore both certified and court notices and will probably continue till the day comes that the government does a huge bust on them.
