CAPITAL ONE NO HASSLE?? Charlotte North Carolina

Capital One says there is a problem with my mail. Huh? What? Go to my post and ask they why I receive every other piece of mail with the exception of your Capital One statement? Yes, this is what I was told by a rep.
I never signed up for email statments. I still like getting the paper bill.

This is a total scam. They don't sent the statment, then they charge you a late fee and raise your interest rate. You call the 1st time, they give you a courtesy credit for the late fee, but don't reduce the interest. Then they send you a statement the following month and you let your guard down thinking everything is ok. Then, wham! they do it again. They don't send the statement and hit you again, only this time, they refuse to help at all and say its your mail, your problem.

The issue I have with their mail scam is that I find it ironic that I received ALL their other mail, very timely!

Capital One will NEVER get my business again!
