My name is Daniel Baldwin. I worked as contracted installer for these thieves. I quit them due to the thefts and cons this guy was committing. I started reporting this info immediately. Everyone that has been defrauded by him needs to report it to authorities. The FBI said this is white collar crime called "Fraud by Deception'. Report it to Consumer Affairs in Nashville, your local District Attorney, your Sheriff's department. Also call Don Dare of WATE News. He has seen much of these crimes and agreed it is intentional fraud and theft. So far he has not reported it. Post about it to your friends and family on facebook just as I have. The only way to stop him is by exposing his crimes. At the time of my dealings with them, the dealer name was Capitol Theatre LLC. It was not even a registered LLC name with the Secretary of State. Since my reporting this, they registered the name "Capitol Media" as a DBA name (doing business as) under "THE CAPITOL THEATER LLC" which is listed with the Secretary of State in Tennessee. Adam Tyler "Ty" Claiborne's brother owns a downtown theater in Maryville, Tn. called "Capitol Theatre". They had their DirecTV dealership under the same name but not registered as a DirecTV dealership anywhere. They illegally called themselves "Capitol Media" to the public to hide the association to the downtown Maryville business. DirecTV told many customers that they 'DO NOT" know who Capitol Media is and that they do not have a dealer called that. On October 12, 2012 is when they finally registered that name as a DBA name even though they had called themselves that to the public for many years. They are all a bunch of crooks!
