Capitol One credit cards Capitol One Do not do business with Capitol One credit card company Nationwide

I've had two credit cards with Capitol One for 6 years and recently moved to another state. During the move my USPS mail was delayed, lost and not recieved at my new address. In this lost mail was a bill from Capitol One for $25. due. Since not seeing the bill I missed paying it and found out today they turned me into all the credit bureaus which in turn changed my credit score by 60 points in the negative direction. Like most of us US citizens do do, we work hard to keep our credit scores up and pay our bills on time, always.

Capitol One could care less about their customers, any out of ordinary situation that may occur in ilfe or about making thigs right with their customers, individuaal credit scores of their customers or doing the right thing for their customers in extenuating circumstances like in my case. They get to charge higher interest if a person becomes late by 30 days it is their way of making more money.

I called Capitol One to discuss this and all they could come up with is contact the credit bereaus. Right, credi bereaus are really helpful and could care less also.

I just want to put this out to the public. Buyer beware: Do not do business with Capitol One credt card comapny they are rip offs, scam artists and do not care one bit about their customers.
