Report these companies to the Washington State Attorney Generals Office and you will be contacted from other victims who want to do something about this.

Also, have your spouses and business partners report them as well the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office in Washington State.

It seems that everyone has the same problem and Captures/Web Marketing Source tells the same story to everyone.

How slick is Web Marketing Source to act as marketers and drag you over to the Captures website.

They called and offered me a refund resolution and when I had asked them to email the resolution to me, instead they harrassed me and had no resolution at all.

All they want to do is con you into a so called free web site. That is what they are actually charging you for. Then they put 2 different charges on your credit card.

It is one company until you want a refund then they become 2.

Their rebuttal is always the same to everyone. SHAME ON THEM!

They take advantage of seniors as they lay in their death beds. They have no pride.

Have not heard from them since. Also, they did not respond to the BBB.

Report them and await an email from the other victims. Also, everone should fax both captures and web marketing source and ask for a refund.

Irv and Arline wife have posted multiple reports with the same accusations in each. We have responded to them on the report with the most back and forth conversation.

You have been contacted many times by multiple individuals from our staff. No one ever contacted you with a promise of refund or to offer a refund resolution, you have the email and can plainly see it says "Let's try to reach a resolution." Nothing in there about a refund and there is no mention of settling anything, we simply wanted to hear your side of the story and any new information you could provide that might have helped your cause. Instead you choose not to hear what we had to say and took it as us giving you a hard time when actually we were only trying to contact you as YOU HAD REQUESTED.

We have told you your choices many times, you continue to ignore us.

Once again, you will NOT be getting a refund. It has nothing to do with us ripping you off and everything to do with what you agreed to, what you signed and what you stated. We have lived up to our end of the bargain and continue to try to bend over backwards in order to help you become successful on our technology. We can only do so much, the rest is up to you. Let us know if we can help you anymore with your site, otherwise if you wish to cancel you may, by paying off all unpaid monthly fees for the two year contract period. It's easy. Use what you have or pay off the contract, no need to put yourself through what you say you have been going through. We don't effect your health, we didn't make you do anything you didn't want to and you have signed up with us two separate times now. To me, that says you are completely aware of what you were getting and were told what you get many times by multiple individuals.
