Car and Truck Depot of Arizona Consumer Fraud, Crooks, Deceptive, Liars, Conmen Phoenix Arizona

I signed a contract for a 2014 used Vette from them sight unseen, because I felt I trusted John and Ron the salesmen (crooks) there. I told them I'm in California and asked several times the condition of the vehicle, the assured me it was in perfect mechanical shape and there was no accidents, Ron even claimed he inspected the vehicles chassis for me (what a joke). The vehicle then arrives here on a flat bed, as they were unloading the flat bed they broke the front bumper of the vehicle because the bumper was already lose from a previous accident. Looking underneath the vehicle there was a huge amount of over spray under the bumper (Ron referred to this as "factory over spray") ..... Anyways, they agreed to fix the bumper and give me a check for $1000.00 do the undisclosed accident they didn't tell me about. So once in the body shop getting repaired, their finance company California Republic Bank calls me and asks me if I want the vehicle, I told them the story and they said they will not fund the money to the dealership (basically they will not buy the loan from the dealership). So the dealer calls me going crazy, say I made them look bad in front of their bank. I told them I will call the bank back and tell them I will take the vehicle once I inspect the vehicle and make sure it's in proper running condition, to my dismay the vehicle was making a strange exhaust noise and when you turned the steering it would make a loud popping sound in the back. I immediately called these frauds and told them what was going on and they told me they would have it taken care of, fed up with their lies and B.S. tactics I told them I'm canceling my down payment on my credit card and I want my cashiers check back, which they have refused. By law in Arizona a vehicle contract can and is void if the dealer made any false representation to the consumer, these guys lied their A$$ off. I am currently working with an attorney and will be suing them for my down payment and damages. Do not purchase a vehicle from these crooks, they will laugh and joke with you all day on the phone and reassure you of their honesty, while they stab you in the back. If anyone else has had this problem, please feel free to contact the Attorney General of your state so hopefully they can put these crooks out of business.
