My suggestion to everyone out there thinking about using this company, is to turn and run! The only thing that this company/Greg Christian will do is steal your car. It has happened to me, and many others. These so called customer referrals that he is posting are completely fake. Ask Greg Christian for the phone number of these so-called references, and try to call them, or ave one of these satisfied customers call you. It won't happen. They are not real, and Car Debt Solutions has not helped anyone. They will make your situation much worse, when the finance company is suing you to get the vehicle back, but it's gone, so now you have a much bigger problem!

Do not even attempt to consign your car with this scammer, or you will definitely end up in the same position. YOUR CAR WILL VANISH! BEWARE!

Car Debt Solutions is a Great Company. I didn't have any problems with Car Debt Solutions.

  I was a couple of months behind on my car loan with Allied Financial. I tried for days to work something out but they wouldn't. All Allied wanted to do was Repossess my car. I was not going to give my car to the bank. I would have garaged it forever or thrown it away before having a Repossession on my credit after 3 years of payments.

  Now, I was Behind on My Payments which was my Fault, but I was not going to lose all I invested in my car.

  After seeing the Car Debt Solutions Ad on T.V. a few times I decided to call Car Debt Solutions. I spoke with a guy Named Jerry and told him my situation.

  Jerry said I should try and work it out with the lender before retaining Car Debt Solutions first, and I told him I trued that minutes before I had Called Car Debt Solutions.

   I paid the retainer $75.00 and they started helping me. Car Debt Solutions was able to help me and my lender come to a financial agreement that worked for both of us. Without Car Debt Solutions, Allied Bank was not going to work with me at all, they kept threatening to repo.

  I APPRECIATE your help Car Debt Solutions, Thank You for helping me..

  If your are behind on your car payments you should contact them immediately, don't get your car repossessed, they can work it out. Thank You

Anyone can check out car debt solutions ware house address. It is listed on my contract as 9200 Royal Lane, Dallas Texas. There is no warehouse there. That's a fact. Check it out for yourself. There is a warehouse at 9200 N. Royal Lane in Irving Texas, but this location does not have car debt solutions as a tenant.

As far as people that come to you being the ones ripping off the finance companies, that is complete nonsense. I came to you to get the car sold, to pay off the finance company. A very big mistake, that I now really regret. This so called reference that is posted here, is ridiculous. If it was a genuine reference, I highly doubt that they would call anyone out, for being in the same situation, that they once were. Quit lying to these people out here. Your company is a complete scam and you know it. I can't even track down a business license for your company. If anyone else can, I would welcome seeing it.

I know there are many other people that have been taken by you. I welcome them to all come forward and tell their story. I can not stress this enough.. Do NOT consign your vehicle to these people. I have no idea what they are doing with the cars just yet, but intend I will find out. They aren't selling them on consignment though. There is no question about that!

Oh! By the way, even after this complaint has been filed, still no contact from Car Debt Solutions, other than an e-mail from Greg Christian stating he has been out of the country. Wow! Really? Last time I checked, e-mail, and cellphones worked worldwide. I have continued to try to find out where my vehicle is, but no response. You people are liars, and thieves!

Interesting.... the dba for Car Debt Solutions has only been around for 14 months or so now.... would'nt 3 years ago mean the would have to be at least 36 months old? just curious. lets wait for the excuse now. 

My name is Mary, and I want to say Me and my husband are thankful for car debt solutions. We contacted them online 3 years ago and they were very helpful. We were 3 months behind when we contacted them. We did do a consignment agreement with them which was no problem since we were 3 months behind, it was better off with them then us. It did take them 3 or 4 months to sell our vehicle but they evenually did. The people calling car debt solutions a ripoff were probably months behind on their car also, and it's funny how they call car debt solutions a ripoff when they are behind on car payments ripping the bank off. Car Debt Solutions didn't call us everyday, in fact they only called us 3 times but only 1 call matters, the one when they call and said they have a buyer. Thes people complain when they reach out for help, and are complaining about lack of communication. I wonder do they answer every call when the bank and collection agency calls them 10 times a day. All me and my husband can say is be pateint, after all you probably have not paid the banks in months and were hiding the car until Car Debt Solutions tried to help you. You can't have your cake and ice cream too. These people claiming they're being ripped off , were probably Months behind on their car payments, " ripping the bank off". The pot calling the kettle black. We just want to say Thanks Car Debt Solutions for helping us and would use them again but Hopefully we can keep paying our car payments and don't need the Help.
