Car Hop/ UAC Over charged twice! Now the second vehicle is junk with $4000 stilled owed on it after the first screw over Maplewood, Minnesota

Car-hop sold my girlfriend her first car for way too much money. About 150 miles from the warranty being expired the transmission was so bad could take it anymore. We brought the car to their warranty shop of their choice.

The warranty center told her that she had to get the transmission flushed and then drive it for a month then call them again. Well she did and by this time the warranty had expired of course. She had to pay for this her- self even thought this is a drive- train warranty. Now they won't do anything about it.

In Lou of all this she needs a new vehicle. With a butt load of money still owed on this pos. We go back to car hop in maplewood. Find another car that we thought we looked over good. Still under warranty. Starts leaking anti-freeze. Take it in. Call the warranty center again. Tell them that the coolant transfer tube is leaking. This is a part that transfers coolant from one head of the motor to the other. Oh that's not covered. So we have no choice but to drive the vehicle now a year later the head gasket is blown. Because of the outrageous pricing on the first vehicle. Getting screwed on the warranty. Having to go back with no other options. Now we have another vehicle that we owe $4000 dollars on that isnt worth that in perfect condition wasn't to begin with. Has a blown head- gasket along with the other slew of problems they wouldn't. Cover the high interest rate. These people are rip- offs. Along with their price gouging vulnerable people.
