car vision rip offs norristown Pennsylvania

I bought a 2005 chevy equinox from car vision in norristown. I took my car back to them several times because my headlights were leaking and my car was severly pulling to the right. They told me they fixed the problems that my car was having. unfortionatly for them, i had taken my car first to sears auto to have my alignment checked because that was closer to me than driving an hour to the dealership and an hour back home. I was told by sears that they could NOT take my tires off due to the faact that my car has locknuts on it and did not have a key for them inside the car. I called car vision and asked them if they have my locknut key and was told that the car never had one. I was told to ask if they had the universal lock key to get my tires off, and they said they did NOT own one of them either. This shows that they lied about fixing my car. when i picked my car up, the dealership was closed and i noticed that my headlights were still leaking. On my drive home i noticed my car was still pulling. i demanded they fix the problems and i was told to bring it back. i brought my car back and they had it for two days. they replaced my headlights only because i got an attitude with them after being told that the only thing they could do was cut holes in my lights for the water to drain. when i picked my car up again, i noticed my car was yet again still pulling to the right. i took my car to pepboys and payed $98 to have my lock nuts cut off and replaced with new ones because i was told by car vision that they would charge me to cut them off and i did not want to drive all the way back there after they couldnt even fix the problems that were going on. i took my car to several other machanics to see what the problem was as to why my car is pulling heavily to the right. not one person can figure it out. i finally found someone who is guessing that there is something wrong with my steering wheel colum because my alignment checked out fine and my tires i had just replaced. there has been funny noises my car has made which i notified the dealership about and they are refusing to help me or even fix it. as of last week, my check engine light came on which told me i had to replace my heat sensor. I replaced it and a couple of days ago, my cars engine and its catalitic converter blew. i have it as of now sitting at the chevy dealership. I have called and so has the dealership to try and get car vision to help fix the VERY expensive problems with my car, and they just keep on refusing. it needs a new engine and new catalitic converter and my $1500 warranty does not cover anything. i bought the car a little over a year ago and i have kept up with all the maintnace of the car and even had the oil changed every 3000 miles. i have all reciepts for it and there should have been no reason for this to happen. Everytime i call them, they can hear me and talk to me on the phone but as soon as i tell them who i am they act as if they can no longer hear me and they hang up on me. i pulled every carax you can find and i have paid lots of money to try and find out if the car was in an accident or if it was flood damaged and these car faxes keep telling me the car is fine. there is something really wrong with this dealership and this car, and i will not stop until car vision makes their wrongs write. i have even just sent in for help with the major news station. anyone who knows how i can find out if there was damage to my car NOT reported, please let me know. do NOT EVER buy a car from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
