The part that infuriates me about you and your company is the fact that no one would just own up that you charged me for two months and did not do anything. Per your instruction i personally called all 3 credit reporting agencies and spoke to representatives. You informed me that you filed disputes on three seperate occasions and should have information back. But to my amazement all 3 agencies reps told me that no disputes had been filed in 2 months. You gave me lip service of how "trust worthy and what a great job i have done with my credit" speaking of breaking laws i was not the one that filed a complaint with the CFPB. That was done by you. I am in the process of cotacting them to inform them that this happened as well.  As far as you challenging my character that is not what this was originally about. It is about me as a consumer paying for a serice and being misled and lied to by a company hence "ripped off" If you want me to address the lack of education you and your teammates displayed by your poor communication skills and lack of being able to speak at a level higher than a highschool education I can start throwing those stones. Otherwise just be an adult and admit that you didnt do what you said you did. Period.  

 I am sorry that you feel the way you do Mr. Guerrero. However, your file was worked every month. One of the accounts was validated as an accurate account. As I explained to you on your last consultation, it is against the law to dispute accurate negative accounts. I advised you to contact the creditor and make a payment arrangement or a settlement offer.

Credit restoration is NOT "beating the system". It is to change bad habits and to correct the negative inaccurtaive accounts and to build positive credit. We helped you to build credit and you had items deleted from your credit file that was proven to be inaccurate.

Your credit report is stating your level of trust. Trust is built and not manipulated. I can't build trust for you. Life happens to a lot of people, but when they pick up and go back and take care of their outstanding debt, that says a lot about the character of a person. Unfortunately I can't build your trust level. That is something you have to do. Your score is based on your performance. I explained the debt to ratio to you. It is up to you to maintain it.

I have a list of all of the creditors that you did not pay. That is theft, You ran to us expecting us to help you beat the system and I explained to you that I work strictly under the law. Now you want to beat us. Sometime in your life you are going to have to change the habbit of trying to get something for free. You have caused many creditors a great loss because they trusted you and you turned around and burned them.

You want to purchase a home. Know that if you get it by stealing from others, you may reap what you have sown. My compahy do consultations with the clients once a month. You have called us every day or you sent an email every day. We did our best to accomidate you, however, we refuse to break the law for you. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau sent you a letter as well telling you that the account that is still on your file is indeed accurate and valid.
