Working on UPWORK.COM as a freelancer from 7 to 8 yesrs.
My problem is common and related to all FREELANERS WHO WORK on UPWORK, FREELANCERS.COM platforms etc etc....

INFACT AFTER SOME DAYS ENDED THE PROJECT AND LEAVE 2 STARS FEEDBACK ON MY PROFILE AND SPOILED MY FUTURE JOBS.

First of all if you thoink you are very high-quality digital advertising then its wrong.
If you are then why are you outsource your work to freelancers on upwork ?
build your own team.

Carbon is a newer digital marketing business with a goal of high-quality digital advertising. Sakshi was hired as a freelancer to help with SEO, however, she did not follow instructions and her quality of work was not great.
This rating is unfair for a multitude of reasons:
- Sakshi is upset because Carbon would not lie about the quality of work she did. We rated her 3 stars (very generous) considering the work she actually completed for us
- The work Sakshi did was not up to the standards we hold for SEO at Carbon. We had a very clear outline for her to follow and she was constantly reminded to do stick to it, but she did not.
- Sakshi was given clear instructions on her SEO tasks: Keyword research, implementation, and site auditing. She only accomplished keyword research and the expected the manager to complete the rest of the task. She had to be asked multiple times to update the websites and did not.
- She claims that the websites rank highly in Google searches, however, 2/3 were already ranking highly and the other is still mediocre at best (reminder: she did not actually make any changes to the websites)
- She was required to keep track of changes and work in a shared spreadsheet so the manager could keep track and assist/approve any changes made. This did not happen as required, Sakshi made her own spreadsheet and sent it to the manager instead.
- We were constantly in contact and Carbon responded to requests and questions as they were sent. We even gave her access to our internal messaging to keep in contact with us.
- We paid Sakshi full payment, as agreed in the contract. So her claims of fraud are inaccurate.
To address her outrageous claims:

This is not true. The websites are not ranking "well" on Google. The Cadillac instance in particular is still not ranking for even half the keywords she listed. We have been responding to any and all messages.

We have been blackmailed by Sakshi to improve her rating by lying about the quality of work she provided and how we felt. It's actually Sakshi who is blackmailing our business and leaving us horrid reviews.
"THIS COMPANY TEAM BLACKMAIL ME FOR REFUND THE ALL MONEY AND THEN AFTER REMOVE THE FEEDBACK FROM MY PROFILE."
Sakshi offered to refund our money so we would improve her rating. We declined - she earned the payment and we're an honest company to pay employees for their work.
Hiring Sakshi to help us has been painful. We won't rate her higher so she's bashing us online. This is a case of a disgruntled employee. Many of the categories listed for this "report" are not even relevant.
