For 2 years this company charged our company for credit card processing after we sent them a written cancelation. Our bookkeeper overlooked. We provided proof that there were no services or transactions for that time and we provided the cancellation letter. They ignored us. We lost $2,238.79. Now that they are affiliated or owned by Wells Fargo, another comapny with which we do business we are hopeful they will do the right thing. We have proposed that they forgo repayment to us but rather they make a $2500 donation to the Jonathan Jaques Childrens Cancer Center at Miller Children's Hospital in Long Beach, CA. www.braveStrongLions.com
