Cardinal Builders David Caveda FRAUD- working without a license as a contractor in state of MS. Shows license, bonded and insured but not true. Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Claims to have a "crew" working for him, shows his license which is bogus. Says he is licensed bonded and insured and that is on the letterhead of Cardinal Builders. He has no crew. He knows a
few very poor old people and claims they will do a great job, yet they make a huge mess and have no idea what they are doing. He then found two guys in Home Depot and acted if he knew them. I
asked them and they told me how he met them. He always says the worker(s) are fabulous yet
they leave a big mess. He is a habitual liar along with his wife, who goes along with all of this. I have taken him to court because I want them evicted from my rental house. The judge gave them
a continuance while they stood there and lied right to his face. He has NO license and it has been
revoked twice.  I hate that he is able to get away with ripping people off over the last many years.
I think he should be in jail. I have valuables in the house they are in and if any are missing I hate to
think what might happen if the police dont arrest him for theft. At least for fraud now. I was hoping to reach the girl who posted a complaint in 01 and tell her where he is. I want to give her the address where he is. I also have his license number from one of the old vans he has. May get one of
them when I put a lien on them. All of this takes time but it is time to stop this low class con man and
his wife. Cardinal Builders is online with a lot of false information but it has his correct cell phone #
and his correct P.O. Box number.
