CardService Paradise, CardService International scam, rude, uncooth business practices, fakes, liars, harassers, ripoff Scottsdale Arizona

When I was a sole-proprietor, I was searching for quotes and prices so I could process my credit cards online. I looked through several and then came to Cardservice International.

It was a bright and sunny morning here in Florida. I called Cardservice International and spoke to Tamicia Luckey. She gave me the pricing information that I requested.

After being told I had to obtain my license and register my fictitious name with the Florida Division of Corporations, she called me every couple of days. I told her the same information everytime. I also told her of my poor financial status and bad credit history (which I am trying to repair no thanks to Cardservice).

After several more harassing calls, she forced me to sign the lease to my gateway. After setting up my website exactly as Linkpoint specified, I found out that I was unable to process credit cards.

I called the company and Tech Support repeadely only to still have a non-working gateway. Because of this, I have refused to pay them their leasing fees.

The representative was fired. They refuse to give me a copy of the lease. I can't find out anything about my account except I have a collections balance due to a check I gave them to reactivate my account. It still never worked.

The Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission were notified, and they were also unable to help me. Merchants beware! I am taking my business to Bank of America, a trusted financial institution for my merchant and financial needs.
