At first glance this looked like an ok oppotunity given the growth in Senior Care however I found the office staff to be rude. TO the point that I seriously doubt there ability to perform long term. I had my sister call requesting information on services for my mother and she was also met with very rude office staff.

All inquiry calls for new business go to Gilbert Arizona the franchises home office then get sent out to you. This would be a detriment for any potential franchisee.SNOTTY is not the tone any business should take withe potential customers .

If you were wondering why all the peices dont add up with this offer, I would guess it is understaffed. NOW I see why they bury stories of poor service. Dont be fooled. The investment is $30 large and noone desearves to loose money based on phony gobbly goop.

(NITA the BOSS says the owner of the franchise is really really busy and you can only get info from him but he is soo so so busy and can schedule an hour phone call several weeks from now.. Me - I was just inquiring to determine if the sytem would peak my interest more to move onto the OWNER conversation as I understand most people invetigating a business opportunity would do. RIGHT like you would ask around before taking the next step.

Here they insist upon one having a hour long converstion with the owner (the man selling the franchise)before answering any questions and doing Due dilligence does not include OWNER INDOCTRINATION.

It clearly is obvious that they are under staffed and the staff that is answering calls has poor commuication skills and doesnt like her job very much.  I think this business model will grow. I will wait for a professional franchisor to  put together a better product.

Business broker opionion

AUTHOR: Biz broker - (United States of America)

I am a business broker that specializes in the senior care industry.  In the spirit of full disclosure, I have sold a few units for Care Patrol over the past couple of years.

I read this report with great interest and I have a slightly different take on it.

I sell dozens of franchise units a year.  My number one priority is to put my client in a business that works for them.

There are great differences in the quality of the companies I sell.  The management of these companies also run the spectrum.

One way to determine if a company is good is to examine the discretion the company exercises in selecting who they will allow to represent their brand through the sale of a franchise.  If the company is willing to sell to anyone that can just afford the franchise fee, RUN!  They are in the business of selling units and not in the business of building a quality, long lasting brand.

I can tell you from experience, Care Patrol turns down many interested buyers due to their lack of qualifications.   Care Patrol  fiercely protects their brand and reputation.  They accomplish this by selling only to highly qualified individuals.

I believe the original comment written by "anonymous" is completely without merit. If their intention was to criticize or discredit Care Patrol, they have only discredited themselves.  Re-read their complainant.  It contains misspelled words, incorrect grammar, random capitalization and is nothing more than a rambling rant.    To get to the point, they write like an 8 year old.

I think the comment gives Care Patrol MORE credibility, not less.  If the "anonymous" reporter acted or spoke like this, he or she would be quickly disqualified.

Would you really want to buy into a franchise where this person is representing your brand?

Do you really want to buy into a franchise where the CEO can be demanded on the phone at anytime because someone might want to buy?  Or would you prefer that your CEO is busy with clients, customers or current franchisees?

As someone that has been in this business for many years, this report is a vote of confidence for Care Patrol.

They quickly weeded out a bad apple and protected their brand.

In closing, I will reiterate that I have sold units for Care Patrol.  CarePatrol has always maintained professionalism in our course of dealing.

I keep in contact with my clients over the years and I can say that my clients that purchased a Care Patrol franchise are extremely happy and are flourishing.

Fine-Tune this Report....

AUTHOR: Nita Rice - (United States of America)

An employees perspective.

The phone call started off with the "potential client" asking if she could talk to the franchisees.  I informed her that we have a process for selling franchises, would answer any preliminary questions and let her know about the first step of the process (the introductory webinar) , speaking to our franchisees would come later in the process.

I received a comment back from her "Is this the usual blah blah blah sales pitch where you tell me about the company?"  It would seem that if the intention were to own a franchise, you would want preliminary questions answered and be glad to attend a webinar "with the owner" to learn more about the business.

When I let her know the owners availability,  she refused and said "that's not good enough".   When the comment was made from the "potential client" "I don't know how you can run a business like this, you will never stay in business," and she started with profanity,  I immediately ended the conversation.

The "potential clients" statement "inquiring to determine if the system would peak my interest more".  I ask the question, How do I respond to an inquiry when no questions were asked and the "potential client" insisted on talking with the owner?  Again, his availability was offered and I was available to answer preliminary questions.

On a side note:  I am proud to work for CarePatrol and I love my job.

Potential False Report

AUTHOR: Chuck Bongiovanni - (United States of America)

Once again, CarePatrol receives a "Rip off" report from someone who will not add their name to their "compliant". This sounds more like a competior than an actual concerned person. I am the CEO and was fully appraised of this "potential client". Every franchise has a system as to how we give information to potential franchisees. This "potential franchisee" wanted to immediately speak with me about our opportunity. We do not operate that way. This person demanded to speak with my franchisees about their experience. We and EVERY other franchise DOES NOT allow this until the potential franchisee completes a "weeding out" process. We grant franchises, we do not sell them to anyone who has the money to purchase it.

Again, this sounds like a competitor trying to hurt our reputation. We have won the prestigious Franchise Satisfaction award for 2 years in a row. This hardly sounds like a franchise that is a "rip off". This sounds like a competitor. I find this very interesting since today we recieved word from 2 potential franchisees that they chose us over our competitor. I suspect that this "compliant" was the salesman who lost commission on these 2 clients today. I guess that losing $20,000 in commissions would make someone write a factious complaint about us.

My concern is why a website like this one would lack professional standards to let anyone write any review they want to without giving their name. The lack of integritiy of both this "person" and this website is only compounded when they publish such garbage. The author is hiding under the name of "potential franchisee", this website is hiding under "free speech", however an excellent franchise like ours, who again has won 2 years in a row the #1 Senior Care Franchise in Franchise Satisfaction has no where to hide from these lies.

That is perfectly fine with us. We are proud of our franchisee. Our competitors have to stoop to such low levels again only goes to prove that we have better character and professionalism.

Thank you for the opportunity to have a rebuttal against a fact-less compliant.
