Care.com employs deceiving practices to collect your money. There is no way to turn off autobilling when you sign up. They have charged me for several renewal for 3 month membership, that was intended to be just one 3-month membership for the amount close to $1000. I have not accessed the site or used their services since the original payment.

When requested a refund I was denied, siting their deceiving policy. They have not sent me a single email or notice indicating that they were charging me, however the second I noticed the charge and made and attempt to cancel it, I have gotten 5 emails. The company is rotten and unethical. Do NOT use the site. Use angies’s list or myriad other site to find providers.
