Hi my name is rosana baluss and was an employee as well for chirs cargill and his wife cynthia. I was scott fiance at the time we were both employed with chris cargill. But i never actually recived any payment for the work completed work because everything would go directly to my husband at the time we were not completly satble on our feet and chris and his wife saw an oppertunity to take advantage of people that really did not have much say or choice in the matter. so you can say there was argument after argument and resolutuion after resoulotion. MY husband was arested for the suppoes shopliffitng but like everyone there is a story to be shared and the truth always surfaces. the security that acused scott of shoplifting was a old firend and coworker of scotts when they worked for brandsmart in buford ga. that security was fired due to shohplifiting and just had a vendeta for my husband and for the daycare incident that is still going through court right now so befoe you talk i would definetly stop and think about what you are doing mr.cargill . I am a very honest and truthful person about everything and im not ashame either so before you start saying scotts a disgruntal employee sit there and ponder. we were way closer than boss and employee and if your saying no then why would i have pictuers of your bottom basement grow house. Yeh thats right rip off This employer not only has his own business gallery and paints of printed pictuers but also has his own personal marijuanna grow house. wether its there makes no diffrence because i have text messages and pics sent from ths boss chris cargill so again here we are about a year later talking about what a terffice business man chris cagill is. Not only is a horibble liar hes a pathetic father to let his son water his marijuana plants but tells them there tomateo plants. i have had enough with the cargils games and lies. If you really want to go there with me chirs by all means let me know an i will make every text message and pictuer public and the really truth will be realeased about you.

Scott Baluss is not to be trusted.  On may 5-31-12 in Gwinnett County he was arrested for shoplifting. see attached photo.                             

Scott William Baluss is a disgruntle independent contractor whose contract was terminated due to poor  performance.  He is a liar and a thief.  He has stole from me.

Scott is not a Trust worthly person he has been arrested several times (see arrest.org).  Most recently for harrassing and scaring workers at a day Care Center in Roswell, Ga..
