Carla and Chelsea Christman.. run a firewood selling operation all around the okanagan. They have ads on kijiji for dry seasoned firewood for various prices. First off they are very unreliable many of my neighbour's had deliveries booked they they didn't show up and cut off contact for weeks until they felt like it. ( probably better for my neighbour's as it would save them from.being ripped off) if you get a hold of them and book and delivery and they show they purposely come at night so the wood is not visible.. beware Chelsea will try to squeeze money out of you for delivery charges when it is clearly stated in ad they don't charge to certain areas .. once we tried to start a fire the wood would not burn ..not even one bit. I tried numerous times with no luck finally I contacted them and they said yes it's green wood there workers delivered but they don't offer refunds.( they also were short on the cord and promised to return the next day and drop the rest off ) As you can imagine we were angry paying people for a product that isn't as advertised and as soon as we tried to work the issue out they completely lost there minds . Chelsea sent me rude belligerent text messages insulting our family .. she basically said because we have a nice house and jobs that what's the big deal losing $200. These two think it's ok to steal from people better off then they are so that they can survive. They did not refund us any money they did not exchange the wood nor did they bring the rest of our wood and have blocked our phone numbers. Google their names it explains it all.. they are horrible disgusting people . Known animal abusers, ripping people off left and right .. there are many more people the same thing happend to them shared on kijiji, Facebook everywhere . They are even currently ripping off a lady for the sale of there infected sick horses ( also on this site ) . They will make sure they get your money and they will revoke any order or previous agreement . Do not waste your time and money with these low life's. They are scam artists.
