This fraud will take advances from you. The workmanship is terrible. He can't afford to buy the materials, you will have to pay. He does not have employees, he outsources to a bunch of fly by night illegals. They are filthy and will steal food and drinks from you. Carlos thinks he's cool when he tells you stories about the Asian girlfriend in the city he cheats on his wife with. Disgusting moron.
