Still to this date there we don't have your name.  It's nice to be able to hide behind a program like this and defame individuals and companies that actually provide a legitimate service.

Fee waivers are obtained for clients that don't have the ability to pay.  No suggestion is made.  If a client qualifies via the guidelines set out by the court system then they are processed as such.

Only scam artist here is you sir/madam.  The service I provide is legitimate and assists individuals who otherwise would not be able to navigate the court system.

If you provide me your full name, I will provide you a list of happily satisfied customers including attorneys, self-represented individuals and other document preparation services that have hired my company to prepare their legal paperwork.

To anyone inquiring about my services, I will be happy to share with you information on customers that have been more than satisfied with my services.

So, instead of offering to correct what you did wrong and do it right for me, you threaten to sue me?. Thank you for being so dumb and reveal yourself as you really are, a bully!. I stand true to my statement, this individual is a scammer of the worst kind, will suggest unlawful ways to "avoid" court fees and when he (because he will) screws you, he will threaten to sue you on top of that just because he shares his office with his buddy, an actual attorney.

What this guy does you can do yourself!. Save yourself a few hundred dollars and LOTS of pain and aggravation and either go elsewhere or do your papers yourself. EVERY SINGLE CLAIM that he has received on this website (because at this point he already has several) he replies in the same fashion "It is the competition, it is not a real customer", avoiding all responsibility and taking no action to correct his wrongdoings.

And just for setting straight your first comment, blasphemous means "Sacrilegious against God", there is no other meaning to that word. If you try to sound smart by using big words, at least use a dictionary to make sure you won't end up sounding even dumber. Or is it that you think you are God now?.

Well, this will be my final comment here because what needed to be said was said already. I used this site and this post to share my feelings about our transaction and to get rid of you, not to give you a window to further aggravate me. You can keep the money you stole from me as I lost all hope of getting it back. I just hope that you receive the business that you deserve: NONE.

If you were truly wronged by my company and you are not a competitor, why don't you go ahead and send your contact info. and full name so that I may refer it to my attorney for defamation lawsuit.

I'm very sorry but this is a true report. You are a crook and deserve to be in jail for what you did to me.
I still have the two checks that I gave to you that prove that I paid you and you did NOTHING for me.
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS FOR THIS FRAUDSTER:
If you can, avoid this scammer like the plague!, or make him work first and then pay him AFTER he has fulfilled his part of the bargain or you will be scammed.

I haven't had a client by the name of Miguel.  This is very evident that the competition has posted blasphemous comments.  I have plenty of good reviews from my clients and references are available upon request.
