My car that I had bought from Carlotta Credit 6 months ago my motor blew. The first week I had the car I made it to their company, the car was overheating in January. I had to pay for towing to my house a week ago when the motor left me stranded. Cost, $50. Carlotta wnated me to pay for towing to there garage which cost me another $135.00. I called asking about my car today & they haven't looked at it yet.

Question:
Does that mean you charge high interest rates?
Answer:
No At Car-Lotta Credit our interest rates start as low as 10% APR, and we offer terms as long as 60-72 months. In some cases, our payments are lower than a normal car dealer's. In addition, our loan process is quick and easy.
I am paying 21% interest. I can't believe it.

Carlotta Credit has given me another car to replace the one I had problems with. Carlotta has taken care of these problems. I appreciate everything they have done to help me.

Carlotta had my car for a month. It was the entire motor that went. I just picked it up 2 days ago. We'll see how it runs.

"the motor went"

is not self-explanatory. What happened to it specifically? It could be something minor...or not.

Hugh. The problem is the car was not maintained before I bought it. I know how to maintain a car. The motor went is pretty self explanitory. They did not sell me a dependable car. I am disabled and do not want to get stranded along some road. It has been 2 weeks and no one has looked at my car. Whenever I call about it, they tell me they will look at it tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes.

I wanted to add that Cat Lotta said the cost to fix my car would be around $900. I will need to put down a third of the $900 and they will spread it out over the length of my loan. (21% interest)

How is this the dealers fault?

You had the car 6 months...was it maintained? It's a car, and it worked when you bought it. How can the dealer be responsible 6 months later?
Also you admit the ad said "START at 10%". The lower your credit score the higher your interest rate will be. Every lender in the world does that.
You say the motor "went". Please define.
