Carnival Cruise LINES SUCKS!! ripoff Miami Florida

The wife and I have been on 6 cruises together. Well we just came back from the carnival victory and to tell the truth we will NEVER SAIL CARNIVAL AGAIN.

We booked a Cat 12 cabin. That is the highest suite you can book!!!

Not only dig our DIRTY cabin smell like poop (it really smelled like that for the week) the hallway in front of it smelled like PISS!! It was never cleaned properly the whole time. The last day of the cruise the piss smell from the hall started to get better but was still there as we where leaving.

The food lines where LOOOOONG and the food SUCKED!! When we did goto the dining room to eat the food was better but I can still get food better then that around town. Room service takes over an hour to bring us anything the 3 times we called.

The last night of the cruise we went back to the cabin to see they LOCKED the cooler so if we wanted anything to drink we had to call room service and wait an hour for it to come.

The last day they told me I had to leave my cabin at 8:15 AM in the morning and sit in a hallway until my color was called 3 hours later!!!

I can go on and on about how crappy this cruise was TRUST ME THERE WAS A LOT MORE but I will just let you read all the other reports on this so called company.

We HAD another cruise booked with them for this summer with our kids so I thought the customer service people would maybe do something. When I called to complain the told me they would give me a $25.00 credit to my cruise this summer. When I called back to cancel my cruise for this summer the tried to say the would give me a $200.00 credit but I told them to refund my $6,000.00 for the 2 cabins I have booked for the summer and stick the $200.00 up their a$$.
