If it says Carol Games, go somewhere else to play, it is a ripoff!

Carol Games has such online games as Blade of King, Three Kingdoms, and Pocket Three Kingdoms. They are interesting games that feature half nude cartoon like characters that you build based on features. While these games have some interesting features and even addicting at times, there are a number of issues with the programing and with the advertising of what are called specials within the game. I chose to go deep into Blade of King, where I built a team of warriors, based on Greek mythology, and enjoyed doing it. One can play the game without purchasing anything up front, but it soon becomes impossible to move through the game without purchasing some gold coins. One then purchases gold coins that are used for a number of different purposes in the game.

The problem is there is no real customer support. Whenever there is a problem such as not getting paid for a task, they argue with you that their log said you did. If they advertise a special, such as purchasing coins and getting double for your value and you do purchase coins, there are limitations that are not mentioned up front. When this is brought to their attention and again you don’t get what is advertised, it is your fault and again one does not help from their customer support.

After spending a great deal of money in their game and raising to a reasonable position, number four in the overall game, I have found they care more about their virtual coins then pleasing the customers that pay for their games. Do to the fact that they will not, at least not at this point, make good on the problems in their game, and on the fact that don’t care about the individuals that play their games, I would highly recommend that you find another gaming company to spend your hard earned money at, one that understands that keeping existing customers is easier than finding new ones. This is basic marketing that can be found in any first year business class, but hey, these guys don’t care about business, they care about losing virtual coins. How do I know about marketing, I have an MBA and only need to finish my thesis for my Doctorate, yes in business. My son and I love gaming and build our own machines.

Their last escapade is where they put up a promotion where you purchase some gold coins, then use a roulette wheel to add to your coins. After I saw the promotional icon I purchased some coins and then used the roulette wheel. I notice that I was not getting the promotion and send in a problem request. They came back and said they put up the wheel early and the promotion hadn’t started. So why put up the wheel early? If they did, and people used it, why not honor the promotion? These people, in my opinion, are in the habit of stealing as much from their customers as they possibly can. They have no sense of what is right or wrong, and frankly don’t care.

I am at this point personally owed over 30,000 gold coins. Now these gold coins have zero value in the real world. Again, I am a good paying customer, one of the best that they have. They are willing to lose my business, have me write this article over coins that have no value in the real world, rather than to make me happy and continue to purchase more coins from them. These individuals are located in Singapore. I have even gotten their phone number and called only to get a recorded message asking me to leave a message the number is not available at this time. I have tried several times; make one wonder how big these guys really are. The customer support team doesn’t respond to my emails even when I put screen shots in the email. I have even had to help them to do traces as there servers had issues. I have screen shots of these too. Even after helping them fix issues they are more concerned about virtual coins, again not worth anything in the real world, than they are with one of their top paying customers.

For these reasons, one should consider going to other gaming companies for their relaxing time. If I can’t get them to understand that real money is worth more than virtual gold coins with the amount of money that I have paid them, I am certain the average person has zero chance. A number of others I have chatted with in the game has had similar issues. Who needs issues when they simply want to relax and play a game without drama? Again, Carol Games, a non-responsive, non-caring online gaming company that is based in Singapore, is not the place to spend the little spare time you have and certainly not your hard earned money. There are many other gaming companies out there with awesome games. These people will respond to emails and will answer their phone. Yes, I called them twice and got a recording and they did not return my call. Currently, they do not respond to my emails either. Find a reputable company that cares about their customers.
