New Century Mortgage Corporation Fraudulently reporting to new lenders delinquencies Deleware Deleware

I went to re-finance after my divorce and New Century told my new lender I was 5 months late and they started forclosure on my home in (Hurricane Jeanne and Frances damaged area) Port St Lucie Florida. I scrambled to get copies of the cashed checks from my bank and provided it to New Century Mortgage Corp. They amended the forclosure to give me the credits and are still trying to foreclose on my property. They double dipped in the insurance and charged me 4 thousand dollars for home owners insurance and then took the original escrow of the insurance of the year 2006 and are charging me for that to. I am filing a proof of claim on my home in the bankruptcy courts in Deleware and and requesting an adversary hearing in that court system. I paid my mortage and they don't know where the money went so they want me to prove again that I did a second time.
